Can I book at short notice?
Yes! We can confirm your booking by email which you can print and hand in
at reception. If you do not have access to a printer, simply make a note
of your booking reference and quote it on your arrival.
Why pre-book?
Most of our prices represent substantial savings compared to turning up
on the day.
Where can I find directions on the web site?
Full directions are given on the booking confirmation we will email or post
to you following booking
How do I obtain a VAT or credit/debit card receipt?
Call us on 0800 161 3390 with your booking reference and
we will send you one. Please quote BLG when ringing.
Can you confirm my booking by post?
This option is available on the page where you enter your payment details,
just click on the box and we will post it to you.
Can I pay by cheque?
No
